The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius have been adapted to a 5-day format, and are being conducted by the Benedictine Fathers of the Abbey of St Joseph, Flavigny, France. Two of the Fathers will be in Australia in December 2013 to hold two retreats for men.

Included in the program are Daily Mass according to the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite, Rosary, confession, Holy Hour and Benediction.

A choice of two retreats is available, at the Hartzer Park Retreat Centre, near Bowral, NSW, from 5-10 December and 12-17 December. They commence and conclude at about 5pm.
